Outlook Error 0x800CCC18

1. Check account information, making sure username and/or password matches the case of the of the username/password you've created on the control panel (ie: info@yourdomain, INFO@yourdomain), close Outlook Express, restart the computer and try reconnecting.

2. Create a different identity and see if it will logon on from this identity with the same information.
