If you can't connect via FTP when uploading your web site, make sure your domain name has propagated. New domains and dns updates take 12-24 hours to update on average.

your ftp connection always follows the same scheme, please make sure you have your ftp client set up this way.

ftp host:  your-domaine-name.com ( DO NOT add www in front of your domain name)

user:  your username

pass:  your password
